How much revenue are you leaving on the table?
Most brands chase new traffic while revenue sits in three places they already own: their conversion rate, their follow-up speed and their old customer list. Drag the sliders and watch what each one is worth.

How the calculator works
The calculator looks at three sources of revenue most businesses already have, and applies conservative assumptions to each:
- Higher conversion rate. We assume a 20% relative lift in your conversion rate (for example, 2.0% to 2.4%) from better landing pages, offers and creative. Extra customers = visitors × conversion rate × 20% × close rate.
- Faster lead follow-up. Speed wins deals. Research published in Harvard Business Review found companies that contacted leads within an hour were nearly 7 times more likely to qualify them than companies that waited longer. We assume you win 10% more deals if you reply within an hour today, 20% more if you reply same day, and 30% more if you reply next day or later. Within 5 minutes? This one is $0 for you.
- Old list reactivation. We assume 0.25% of contacts who haven’t bought in 12 months buy again each month with a steady reactivation program by email and SMS.
Monthly opportunity = all three added together. Annual = monthly × 12. Your real numbers depend on your offer, market and execution.
Revenue growth FAQ
What is a good website conversion rate?
It depends on your industry, offer and traffic source. Many sites convert 1% to 3% of visitors. Landing pages built for one offer and one audience often do much better.
How fast should I follow up with a new lead?
As fast as possible, ideally within 5 minutes. Interest drops quickly, and the first business to respond often wins the deal. Automated text and email replies make instant follow-up possible around the clock.
What is list reactivation?
List reactivation is a campaign that wins back past leads and customers who stopped engaging. It usually combines list cleanup, a fresh offer and a short email and SMS sequence.
